Find the miles you could save.
Upload your rota to compare your current assignments with a lower-mileage plan. Keep the same people, working days and venue coverage.
Let’s check your rota.
One row per fundraiser, per day. Excel or CSV — we’ll help match your columns.
Your spreadsheet is processed in this tab and is not stored by the checker. When you run a check, only postcodes are sent to Postcodes.io to find their locations. You can use staff IDs instead of names. If you choose to leave your details after a check, only the role, team size and email you type are saved, never the rota.
What’s in your spreadsheet?
Select the column for each field. If there’s no day column, we’ll treat this as one day.
Your rota, your rules.
Correct any details below. Lock assignments that must stay exactly as they are.
Check before you act: this assumes every unlocked fundraiser can work every venue on their day. If some of your team are not cleared for certain charities or venues, lock those assignments first, or the saving will be overstated.
Best achievable distance ÷ current distance. 100 means no shorter assignment was found under these rules.
Your week, at a glance.
Lines connect postcode centres, not road routes. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap when you open this view; no staff names are sent to the tile provider.

Some individual journeys may increase while the total decreases. Review each change before using the rota.
